After a brief introduction to current issues and challenges in the aeronautics sector, Philip Marris first presents the application of the principles of Theory of Constraints, and in particular the 5 Focusing Steps, to production flow, illustrated by a recent example.
The second part of the webinar is devoted to the possible fields of application of the Critical Chain: Capex-type projects, aircraft maintenance or the development of new products, again illustrated by examples of implementation.
