How does the performance diagnostic work?

  • After the initial contact, a date is set, and some preliminary data is gathered. The performance diagnostic combines interviews, shop floor/office visits, observations and reality checks of specific data.

  • The feedback is provided directly to the top management and/or management committee at the end of the second day.

  • Extra feedback to other members of the organisation can be proposed for a later date.

  • After the first contact, a start date is chosen. The performance diagnostic can then take place:
    • Several focused interviews with key people are carried out.
    • If necessary, we organize a virtual tour of the company.
    • The client shares his indicators, management tools and critical documents to allow the Marris Consulting teams to have all the cards in hand to help him.
  • At the end of the diagnostic, complete and reasoned feedback is presented to the client, with recommendations and an outline of a short, medium and long terms roadmap to initiate a breakthrough in terms of performance.
