Candidates must:
Hold a Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Engineering / Master of Business Administration or equivalent.
Write and speak fluent French (accents not a problem). This is Mandatory.
Write and speak fluent English, and have a professional level of German, Chinese or any other third language.
Have an engineering degree from an excellent university with an international reputation.
Have between 6 months and 2 years of experience working in industry on the shop floor or direct support functions.
Have real empathy for the manufacturing environment (Gemba).
Accept to be based in Paris, France.
Nice to have:
Working experience in an industrial (manufacturing or process) company.
Basic knowledge about Lean and/or the Theory of Constraints (DBR, CCPM, DDMRP ...)
CPIM: Certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS.
Salary:
35K€ to 45K€ + 10% bonus scheme depending on profile.
