Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM), is a method derived from the Theory of Constraints.

In a world where on average around 40% of projects end up late, out of budget and out of specification *, the Critical Chain approach stands out and achieves spectacular results.

  • Initial training: learn the basics of Critical Chain planning and monitoring
  • Advanced training: strengthen your expertise and understand all the keys to surpass the first results obtained with the Critical Chain

Founder and CEO of Marris Consulting, TOC and Lean expert, author of the french best-selling book  

Philip Marris is the founder and CEO of Marris Consulting, founded in 2005. With more than 30 years of experience in industry and consulting, he is a recognized expert in The Theory of Constraints, from which Critical Chain Project Management derives, and Lean. He began his Theory of Constraints journey in 1986 when he joined Creative Output and collaborated with Eliyahu Goldratt. He is the author of the book "Le Management Par les Contraintes", describing concretely how to reach The Goal as written by Eliyahu Goldratt in his eponymous book.
