Philip Marris is the founder and CEO of Marris Consulting, founded in 2005. With more than 35 years of experience in industry and consulting, he is a recognized expert in The Theory of Constraints, from which Critical Chain Project Management derives, and Lean. He began his Theory of Constraints journey in 1986 when he joined Creative Output and collaborated with Eliyahu Goldratt. He is the author of the book "Le Management Par les Contraintes", describing concretely how to reach The Goal as written by Eliyahu Goldratt in his eponymous book.
