Jelena est impliquée dans la TOC depuis 1999. Elle est une experte, formatrice et consultante en TOC. Elle intervient régulièrement dans des conférences internationales, possède de nombreuses publications et matériaux vidéo, et a contribué à plusieurs livres sur la TOC, au dictionnaire TOCICO, et à la banque de matériaux TOC sur le portail TOCPA. Jelena écrit souvent dans le blog «Serious Talk about TOC».
