Given the success of this event, Marris Consulting organised a repeat session but this time in English of the conference in which 15 examples of implementation in industry was presented.

In 2020, Marris Consulting celebrates its 15th anniversary. On the occasion of its birthday, on April 1st, (just like Apple!) Philip Marris, its founder and CEO, shared 15 client cases among the 250 cases of his 30-year career. Fifteen "war stories" of performance improvement in companies from many different industrial sectors, including: aeronautics, space, fast food, steel, automotive, MRO, pharmaceutical, rail, luxury goods, etc.
Following the success of the webinar in French that was held on the anniversary date of the 1st of April 2020 we are hosting a repeat session but this time in English on the 6th of April.

Philip Marris, is the founder and CEO of Marris Consulting, Paris, France. He has implemented Theory of Constraints with Lean or Lean Six Sigma in industry over 250 times in the past 30 years.
He is also a recognized Lean expert and usually combines Lean (Manufacturing/Engineering/Management) with TOC. He founded Marris Consulting based in Paris France in 2005.
Half their business is outside of France in Europe and the rest of the world. He is bilingual and bi-cultural French/English. He is very active in the TOC community. He has implemented TOC over 250 times in over 30 countries.
