Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Lean : industry consulting & training - Marris Consulting
Eliyahu Goldratt initially imagined the Logical Thinking Process (LTP) to be an iterative process, to be repeated as long as the system has not reached a satisfactory level of performance. It is a cycle based on the building of five logic trees that are interconnected, which means that the outputs from a given tree constitute the inputs for the next tree. The Goal Tree, in the middle of the wheel, must be the reference point for the construction of the four other logic trees which are the Current Reality Tree, the Evaporating Cloud, the Future Reality Tree and the Prerequisite Tree. This methodology enables you to answer the four fundamental questions of your systemic problem:
What is expected?
What to change?
What to change to?
How to cause the change?
THE LOGICAL THINKING PROCESS IN a FEW WORDS
Marris Consulting regularly organizes training sessions about Logical Thinking Process
Marris Consulting is an expert in the Theory of Constraints (ToC) and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). As industry consultants, we are focused on helping process and manufacturing industries reach their highest levels of performance by using Constraints Management combined with Lean and Six Sigma. We also use Critical Chain Project Management which we sometimes combine with Lean engineering to improve project performance. If you are unsure about the actions which need to be implemented to improve operational efficiency, our industrial management consultants can also conduct a performance audit. Furthermore, our experts host numerous Theory of Constraints (ToC), lean and project management training sessions throughout the year.
