On Thursday, November 9, Marris Consulting organized a conference at its premises with the participation of Safran Electronics & Defense, vouching for the implementation of the Theory of Constraints (TOC).

In the three videos below, you will find the 3 animators of this conference, Ludovic Hagneré, Site Production Manager, Guillaume Brethenoux, Site Maintenance Manager and Philip Marris, CEO of Marris Consulting.

In the first video, Ludovic Hagneré explains how the plant has gone from chronic delivery delays to an OTD On Time Delivery at 75%.
The TOC allowed the reduction of the work in progress of more than 75% and the reduction of the lead-time from 9 months to 2.5 months. Bottleneck productivity, meanwhile, increased by almost 45%.

In the second video, Guillaume Brethenoux presents the project of re organization of the machine workshop that he piloted thanks to the Critical Chain Project Management. He explains how a project originally planned in 5 weeks was completed in 6.5 days.

Finally, in the third video, Philip Marris explains the essence of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM).
