How is the Logical Thinking Process applied?

Webinar summary

Thorsteinn Siglaugsson and Bill Dettmer presented a few real-life examples of how the Logical Thinking Process can be applied to define the goals and the critical success factors, to identify the root causes behind complex problems, and solve persistent conflicts.

They went through the followng examples:

  •  An underperforming medium-sized family business, where the identification of a tacit misconception broke the status quo,
  • How the LTP was used to help a department sell into a fast-growing market, but unable to keep its market share,
  • Why an important software implementation project failed
  • How unearthing a critical root cause removed a barrier to a person's career progression
