During the TOC INNOVATION SUMMIT 2023 conference, Etienne Lecerf presented, through several real-life examples of industrial companies, how the full kitting ideas were used to increase production and reduce lead times.
The ideas are simple, but the implementation rarely is. So, Etienne showed that simple but visual management solutions can synchronise factories and projects based on the full kitting philosophy. This was demonstrated during the conference, supported by several case studies from various companies.
Etienne Lecerf explained to the audience how to accomplish this by combining Lean and Theory of Constraints (TOC) concepts.
He also demonstrates how this approach enables the application of the 5 Focusing Steps, collaboratively and easily, boosting throughput and shortening lead times

He was trained as an Industrial and Mechanical Engineer at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, France.
He has participated in numerous consulting assignments for prestigious industrial companies.
