Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Lean : industry consulting & training - Marris Consulting
While many manufacturing companies have chosen to outsource the maintenance of their equipment in large proportions with a view to spurious cost reduction, in Onnaing in northern France, the Toyota Motor Manufacturing France (TMMF) has relied heavily on its maintenance to make it one of the pillars of its strategy that aimed at producing 3 million vehicles over the next 10 years, ie a doubling of annual volumes.
To understand how TMMF has made its maintenance a real strength, Marris Consulting has the honor to welcome for a breakfast conference Reynald Debaut-Henocque, ex-Senior Vice-President of Toyota Motor Manufacturing France who has lived throughout the history of Toyota's industrial activity in France since 1999.
The plant produces in 3 x 8 (a unique case in European automobile production), maintenance therefore has very limited access to equipment and has had to reinvent itself. Reynald presented the ingredients of their maintenance solution inspired by Formula 1. An approach that strikes because it is the opposite of the practices of manufacturers on many points.
After several months of absence due to the covid crisis, Marris Consulting is pleased to once again offer breakfast conference in its offices at the Maine Montparnasse Tower in Paris.

Reynald Debaut-Henocque
From 1981 to 1999 he forged a career as Quality Director in equipment manufacturers accompanying the revolution in quality procedures. Its experience has been built not only with European but also North American manufacturers. In 1993, he set up the continuous improvement branch in Europe of the BTR group. In 1999, he joined the Toyota group as Quality Director of TMMF (Toyota Motor Manufacturing France) and succeeded in obtaining the 1st Warranty Awards when the Yaris “made in France” was launched.
He then broadened his horizons by occupying the positions of Production Director then Supply Chain Director and participated in the success of an industrial site which took up the challenge of producing B-segment vehicles in France, more than 3 million in 20 years. As Vice-President of Production, he then prepared the site to produce 3 million vehicles in 10 years. He was one of the key players in the success of Toyota Motor Manufacturing France.
