Our 2-day performance diagnostic of your company

Home>Performance diagnostic

You have doubts about the improvement actions to implement? You seem to have reached the limits of your system, but given competitive pressures, you are asked for even more?

We propose a 2-day flash performance audit by Philip Marris and his team of experts

Deliverables: At the end of the performance audit, we will present our findings with recommendations and a draft of an improvement roadmap detailing actions that can be implemented in the short, medium and long term to further boost your results. These recommendations will confirm and/or challenge the top management's impressions and facilitate the appropriate decisions.

For certain specific cases, and since the health crisis, Marris Consulting can offer remote diagnostics.

How does the performance diagnostic work?

  • After the initial contact, a date is set, and some preliminary data is gathered. The performance diagnostic combines interviews, shop floor/office visits, observations and reality checks of specific data.

  • The feedback is provided directly to the top management and/or management committee at the end of the second day.

  • Extra feedback to other members of the organisation can be proposed for a later date.

What are the features of a performance diagnostic?

A performance diagnostic begins with a contact with the managers in order to understand the environment and the problems of the organization.

The specificity of Marris Consulting audits’ lies in the ability of our teams to diagnose your performance issues very quickly. Through two days, divided between focused interviews and workshops visits, our experts are able to draw up a complete map of your company.

At the end of the performance analysis, you will receive a report with recommendations and an outline of a short, medium and long term roadmap to achieve a performance breakthrough. These elements are sufficient to confirm or deny the intuitions of the General Management and to take the high level decisions that are necessary.

What is the main focus of a performance audit?

The main objective of a performance audit is to identify the constraint(s) that are hindering your performance.

Indeed, performance, whatever its nature, is limited by a very small number of causes (the constraints) that must be identified and eradicated or neutralized.

So, if you are unsure of what to do to improve your performance, or if you seem to have reached the limits of your system but competitive pressures demand better performance, you can call on Marris Consulting to conduct a 2-day diagnostic within your organization.

Over 30 years of experience, our consultants have built a solid reputation as experts in improving operational and financial performance. Companies are consistently surprised by the relevance of our performance audit and the extent of the areas for improvement identified during these two days.

Why is it important to conduct a performance diagnostic?

A performance diagnostic will help you improve your operational performance and obtain sustainable results. Identifying the constraint of your organization will allow you to better manage your business.

It can be difficult to find this constraint by yourself: an external eye is sometimes necessary to identify the bottleneck resources. The astonishment report and the action plan that our operational excellence consultants present at the end of the performance audit gives you all the information you need to make the best decisions and better manage your organization.
