Following a diagnosis by Marris Consulting, the SKF Valenciennes teams discovered where their bottleneck was located. This highlighting allowed them to focus improvement actions on this blocking point. The use of DBR allowed them to regulate outstanding amounts and better manage production flow. This method, well understood and implemented by the staff, demonstrated good results very quickly.
