John is the author of a chapter in the TOC Handbook as well as Reaching the Goal: How Managers Improve a Service Business Using Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints. His latest book is Exceeding the Goal: Adventures in Strategy, Information Technology, Computer Software, Technical Services, and Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints.

Nearly all the firm’s assignments are based on the Theory Of Constraints (TOC). Half are in production, the other half involve projects (Critical Chain Project Management). He is the author of the French bestselling TOC reference book « Le Management Par les Contraintes ». He often combines the Theory Of Constraints with Lean. He is active in increasing the awareness of TOC worldwide. He presents at over a dozen events every year. Marris Consulting’s YouTube channel, with its +300 videos is a well-known TOC resource.
He started his TOC journey in 1986 when he joined Creative Output France and started working with Eli Goldratt.
