He is the author of the French bestselling TOC reference book « Le Management Par les Contraintes ». He often combines the Theory Of Constraints with Lean. He is active in increasing the awareness of TOC worldwide. He presents at over a dozen events every year. Marris Consulting’s YouTube channel, with its +300 videos is a well-known TOC resource.
He started his TOC journey in 1986 when he joined Creative Output France and started working with Eli Goldratt.
