TOCPA (Theory Of Constraints Practitioners Alliance) hosted a web conference “Eli Goldratt’s Legacy in the World” on the 18th and 19th of March 2021 on the occasion of the 10 year anniversary of Eliyahu Goldratts’ untimely passing away. Over 25 speakers from around the world presented their lessons learnt from Eli Goldratt and the impact he had on their lives.

Philip started working with Eli Goldratt when he was only 26. The bestseller-to-be - The Goal had just been published and Eli was one of the 4 people managing Creative Output, a company that sold “OPT”, a scheduling software that managed flow the TOC way.

34 years later Philip is the founder and CEO of Marris Consulting, one of the most successful TOC based consulting firms in the world. He has implemented the Theory of Constraints in over 270 organizations in over 25 countries and in a variety of industries. His best-known clients are: McDonald’s, Louis Vuitton, Embraer, Siemens, GSK, Air France, Safran and Ariane rockets.

Philip Marris started his Theory Of Constraints (TOC) journey in 1986 when he worked with Eliyahu Goldratt the founder of TOC and author of “The Goal”. He founded Marris Consulting in 2005 whose business is nearly always TOC based. He has implemented TOC over 270 times in over 25 different countries.
