The TOC France association is glad to invite you to its second conference on the 26th of November 2013.
As a global approach, the Theory of Constraints (TOC) target the actions which enable to reach very rapidly performance objectives. A logic built from a solid understanding of causes and effects serves as a basis to develop solutions outperforming competitors. It is all about focusing the efforts where the most significant results can be achieved with minimum investments.
Maintenance operations are complex projects gathering several thousands of tasks full of uncertainties and demanding a perfect synchronisation of multiple resources in order to meet very short leadtimes (several days up to several months). In this conference, you will discover the gains (leadtimes, throughput, costs) of TOC implementation in aeronautical maintenance. This example of TOC application can be transposed to your projects in other environments (engineering, engineering-to-order).
