Implementation of Critical Chain Project Management at Circor

 

The Plessis-Trévise site has implemented the Critical Chain Project Management and has obtained excellent results, particularly in terms of time savings and meeting deadlines.

 

Frédéric Grehal, General Manager at Circor Aerospace & Defense, explains how the support of Marris Consulting has helped to set up the Critical Chain and the benefits generated. During the Covid-19 health crisis, many projects were delayed.

Using Critical Chain Project Management to manage projects has therefore become obvious. Implementing this method involves meeting many challenges: aligning all employees, investing the time, means and resources necessary.

 

Marris Consulting teams are involved in all stages of deployment. First of all, there is a methodological support with a whole component of pedagogy and training. Then, there is the concrete implementation of the method on starting projects, with the coaching of the teams and a follow-up of any drifts and potential delays.
