Eliyahu Goldratt introduced in 1984 the Theory of Constraints (ToC) by publishing his book "The Goal". The book tells the story of a plant manager who discovered the key success factors of the ToC to save his factory which was facing great financial and operational difficulties. In 2017, a graphic edition of the was been published, with the aim of giving to a larger audience an easier read.
