Kocoya ThinkLab's Transformation with Support from Marris Consulting

Kocoya ThinkLab is an association committed to the fight against electronicism and digital citizenship education.

 

The association connects trainers (often with a student profile) with parents and seniors to lead workshops on digital themes: using a laptop, browsing the internet, awareness of digital technology, artificial intelligence etc. 

 

With the aim of going from 50 workshops per week to 300 workshops per week and expanding across the national and even European territory, the association requested the expertise of Marris Consulting to support them in this transformation.

 

In the first video, Kokoya revisits its objectives and its initial meeting with Marris Consulting during an association networking event, where the need to structure its processes for scaling up was identified. Marris Consulting diagnosed Kokoya’s organizational challenges, leading to the implementation of management tools, procedures for recruiting and tracking trainers, and the hiring of an assistant to reduce administrative workload.

 

The second video outlines the concrete changes brought about by this collaboration: new management tools to optimize staffing, anticipate trainer needs, and improve coordination. Thanks to these developments, Kokoya is preparing for national and European expansion, including Erasmus projects and digital parenting programs in Paris, while reinforcing its mission of responsible digital education.
