Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Lean : industry consulting & training - Marris Consulting
In this video, Professor Vicky Mabin shares how the book "The World of the Theory of Constraints" came to life, co-authored with Steven J. Balderstone.
It all started as Steven’s master’s project: an in-depth annotated bibliography of Theory Of Constraints (TOC) literature that grew into a major research effort.
Published in 2000 by St. Lucie Press, the book became a key reference in the TOC world. One of its most recognized features is the results of 82 case studies with measurable before-and-after results : reduction of 70% of the lead-times, reduction of 49% of the WIP inventory, improvement in the due date delivery performance of 44%.
