When Simon White discovered the Theory of Constraints he was working in the MRO of military aircrafts at BAE Systems Australia. Using Critical Chain Project Management he managed to attain results they never got before.
He was therefore promoted at BAE Systems Australia.
Nowadays he has also become a Board member at TOCICO.
