Lisa Scheinkopf and the essence of TOC

 

At the TOCICO 2022 International Conference in Orlando, Philip Marris  interviewed Lisa Scheinkopf, author of Thinking for a Change: Putting the TOC Thinking Process to Use.

 

Lisa Scheinkopf worked with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt, the founder of the Theory of Constraints (TOC), to develop the TOC thinking process. She worked for 14 years as an associate at Goldratt Consulting and directed the Goldratt School.

 

In this interview, she explains what she believes is the essence of TOC. She goes over the tools and principles of the original theory.

Her advice for solving complex problems? Promote clear guidelines and use simple tools.
