Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Lean : industry consulting & training - Marris Consulting
The initial description of Critical Chain Project Management dates back more than 25 years with the publication of the book Critical Chain by Eliyahu Goldratt (author of the bestseller "The Goal").
Her daughter, Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag, published a book in English in 2023, providing a complementary perspective on the subject: "Goldratt's Rules of Flow - The Principles of The Goal Applied to Projects." In 2025, the book is now available in French, providing an opportunity to organize a new webinar with Efrat and present what could be a new first step in introducing the Critical Chain.
In this webinar, Efrat describes some of the most important flow rules, but she also shares anecdotes about the emergence of the Critical Chain and the challenges and frustrations of her father, who first conceived this revolutionary project management method, then improved and perfected it through the feedback he received and the implementations he was able to carry out.
