Faced with increasing demand and with the goal of controlling deadlines and improving the firm's performance to better serve its clients, Cabinet Roux engaged Marris Consulting to conduct a process audit.
Following the audit, Cabinet Roux implemented the principles of the Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Project Management to accelerate workflows and gain visibility into the numerous cases being handled simultaneously.
Initially applied to only one branch of their activities, the initial results, notably a 30% reduction in the time required for client valuation projects, led them to extend the application of the Theory of Constraints to the firm's other units.
