Faced with major client challenges and particularly demanding deadlines, the teams structured their projects around this approach: building schedules, identifying critical tasks, managing project buffers, and establishing project management rituals, including weekly portfolio reviews.
Cédric Teresa discusses the concept of a "focus room," used to limit multitasking and temporarily mobilize teams on priority deliverables in case of project delays, with the aim of accelerating execution and ensuring deadlines are met.
This approach has provided better visibility on priorities, streamlined decision-making, and focused resources on the most critical actions to ensure deadlines are met.
