Webinar - Partnership with its suppliers, Toyota does it. Why don't you?

Toyota and the management of suppliers

The Toyota Way has revolutionized the industrial world. This approach has often been copied by the deployment of principles such as waste reduction, one piece flow, standardization of tasks, 5S, 5 whys, etc. However, the stable long term relationship that Toyota has been able to build with its network of suppliers remains unique. To date this practice is rarely adopted, even in the automotive industry.

To understand the keys to the success of Toyota's relationship with its suppliers, Marris Consulting is organizing a webinar hosted by Reynald Debaut-Henocque, ex-Vice-President Production of Toyota Motor Manufacturing France (TMMF) who was a key actor over the past 20 years of TMMF's amazing successes and Philip Marris, CEO of Marris Consulting.

Reynald will explain how, in "only" 10 years, Toyota built a network of over 200 suppliers of which over 80% are European and over 50% are French that now deliver unbeleivable quality at a very competitive cost. They have not changed a major supplier in the last ten years.

If Toyota does this why don't you?

The end of the webinar is devoted to a questions and answer session.
