Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Lean : industry consulting & training - Marris Consulting
Despite a particularly tense context in the automotive sector, Toyota France marked the year 2024 with remarkable growth, significantly consolidating its market share in the territory.
This success is no accident: it results from in-depth work and a culture of excellence patiently built over decades.
Thanks to the rigorous implementation of the Toyota Production System (TPS) and structured management, combining strategic vision and proximity to the field with deep respect for individuals, Toyota has built a model of sustainable performance.
This continuous quest for improvement, driven by the commitment of its teams and guided by an absolute priority — customer satisfaction — constitutes the very core of the company's identity.
In this dynamic, Marris Consulting is organizing a webinar led by Reynald Debaut-Henocque, former Vice President of Toyota France for nearly twenty years.
During this webinar, we will not address the principles already widely covered, such as TPS, quality management, or visual management. Instead, we will highlight less frequently discussed but equally essential dimensions that form the true foundations of this success.
Date: Tuesday 29th of April 2025
Time: from 12:30pm to 1:30pm (CET)
Webinar in French
Free event, registration mandatory
