Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Lean : industry consulting & training - Marris Consulting
At Toyota France, safety is considered an essential pillar of performance.
Through daily rituals, teams reinforce a culture of shared vigilance, where everyone plays an active role. Each safety incident is handled with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
Training is at the heart of the Toyota approach: it helps prevent risks by developing skills and good reflexes, from the management committee to the members.
The organization's commitment is also reflected in concrete prevention activities, carried out in the field, as close as possible to operational realities.
The teams recognize each person's involvement, because safety is everyone's business and directly contributes to the company's sustainable performance.
In this vein, Marris Consulting is offering a webinar hosted by Reynald Debaut-Henocque, who previously held the position of Vice President of Production at Toyota France.
During this webinar, Reynald Debaut-Henocque will explain how Toyota France makes safety a pillar of its performance, relying on daily rituals, rigorous incident management, and active prevention through training. He will also highlight concrete activities carried out on the ground and the importance of recognizing everyone's involvement in this collective approach.
