Philip MARRIS is recognized as one of the world experts in Critical Chain Project Management and Theory of Constraints. His experience spans over more than 30 years, in more than 270 companies and in over 25 countries. He worked with the founder of the Critical Chain methodology and author of the bestseller The Goal, Eliyahu Goldratt.
