Webinar - How to optimize the flows in the services

Home>Conferences>Webinar - Optimization of the flows in the services

The flow, vital in industry as well as in services

In the service sector, whether it's an insurance company, a bank, an IT services company, or a government agency, everything seems intangible. Nothing runs on rails or moves along a production line, and yet, every request, every file, every client, every ticket follows a more or less repetitive path through various departments and activities—a flow.

We invite you to this webinar that will explore this often-overlooked mechanism: flow in services.

We will demonstrate how organizations can gain speed, efficiency, and quality simply by learning to observe how the "file" flow moves between two tasks, two decisions, two departments.

An approach that transforms performance and the customer/user experience.
