Webinar - Critical Chain Project Management in New Product Development

Home>Conferences>Webinar - Critical Chain Project Management in New Product Development

When you have no other choice but to deliver quickly a new product, Critical Chain is probably the most suitable option

The success of New Product Development Projects depends not only on effective planning but also on effectively managing the uncertainty that accompanies these projects.

Philip Marris, an expert in the Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain, will present the fundamental principles of the Critical Chain approach during this webinar. This method emphasizes protecting the integrity of the entire project rather than focusing solely on protecting individual tasks.

By challenging traditional assumptions, Critical Chain enables organizations to navigate project environments with confidence and precision.
