TaxValet conference
Marris Consulting is proud that one of its customer shared its experience during the 2021 TOCICO annual conference: TaxValet.
TaxValet is a service provider that eliminates the hassle and stress of U.S. based sales tax for ecommerce and software companies. In 2020, it became apparent to them that the Onboarding team was a major bottleneck to growing the business. They had plenty of companies ready to sign up and work with them, but overloading the Onboarding team’s capacity came at a high cost: reduced quality, high stress levels, longer delivery times, and longer work hours for the team.
They explored Critical Chain Project Management as a possible solution to help them identify the issues in Onboarding and allow them the ability to move clients through that process on a more efficient timeline. After implementing CCPM, the vast majority of their clients move through the onboarding process in significantly less than the fixed objective of 90 days and they have now the tools they need to identify early the projects that are moving off track.
