Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Lean : industry consulting & training - Marris Consulting
Constraints exist in every organization, TOCICO - Theory Of Constraints International Certification Organization - organizes this summit exists to close the gap between understanding TOC and applying it.
Most organizations don’t struggle because of lack of skills or commitment. They struggle because systems are complex, priorities conflict, and change is hard to sustain.
This event is designed to explore:
This is where experience, practice, and insight come together, not to present polished answers, but to work through real challenges and decisions.
The focus is on applying TOC to improve flow and outcomes — working faster, better, and at lower cost, without adding unnecessary complexity.
Marris Consulting is present at this unmissable Theory of Constraints event.

In process industries such as metallurgy, steel production, foundries, plastics processing, and chemicals, flows often follow a V-shaped configuration: a limited number of raw materials feed a wide range of finished products.
Flow management is particularly challenging in these capital-intensive environments, where capacity decisions are costly and resources are relatively inflexible. Traditional planning methods such as MRP can quickly reach their limits.
To manage this rigidity, companies often produce in large batches, increasing inventory and reducing responsiveness. This can create a paradox: warehouses are full, yet customer service remains poor because the products in stock do not match actual demand.
Based on practical experience in process and transformation industries, this conference explores how to make flows more visible, identify the real sources of tension, move beyond the limitations of MRP, and make better capacity decisions. It also examines how to avoid the large-batch trap, clarify the role of maintenance, and improve agility.
The objective is to reduce inventory, strengthen service levels, limit recurring trade-offs, and improve overall performance.

To know more about the Theory of Constraints and the Critical Chain
Marris Consulting is an industry consulting and training company specialized in the Theory of Constraints (ToC) and Critical Chain Project Management. We focus on improving the performance of manufacturing and process industries by using Constraints Management combined with Lean and Six Sigma. To boost project performance, we also use Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM), which we sometimes combine with Lean Engineering. Our 2-day performance audits, our performance consulting services and our project management, Lean, ToC & CCPM training by our industry consultants offer a wide range of solutions to help our clients around the world reach the highest possible levels of performance.
