Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Lean : industry consulting & training - Marris Consulting
For several years now, deliveries of new aircraft have fallen short of targets and promises, regardless of the manufacturer.
Often singled out are equipment suppliers who are struggling to keep up with the frenetic pace of orders, especially since the post-COVID recovery. And the entire supply chain is impacted: a lack of materials, but often a lack of capacity and resources with rare skills.
So how is it possible to produce more, faster, at the right quality level with the same teams, without creating an anxiety-inducing and stressful work environment?
This webinar provides you with the keys to successfully increasing production rates and delivery volumes, while simultaneously improving working conditions.
Date: Thursday 8th of January 2026
Time: 12:30pm to 1:15pm (CET / Paris)

With over a decade of experience working at the heart of the aerospace industry, Marris Consulting presents in this webinar the approach and key elements that have led to so much success in this sector.
This approach is centered on the Theory of Constraints and its various applications, including the Critical Chain, developed by Eliyahu Goldratt in the 1980s.
This method is more relevant than ever today and is based on a simple, key idea: in any system, a resource limits the whole, naturally creating an imbalance.
It is then simply a matter of identifying this key resource and managing the flow accordingly to transform overall performance.
This principle applies to both factories and projects, as ramp-up sometimes involves the industrialization or reindustrialization of new products/parts, the optimization of manufacturing processes, and so on, all of which must be managed within the required timeframes.
Join the webinar and discover, through dozens of concrete examples, how it's possible not only to succeed but also to accelerate your ramp-up.
The webinar concludes with a Q&A session open to participants.
Philip started his Theory Of Constraints journey in 1986 when he joined Creative Output and worked with Eliyahu Goldratt, the founder of TOC and author of the worldwide bestseller “The Goal”. In 1994 he wrote a bestselling TOC textbook in French.
He is also a recognized Lean expert and combines Lean (Manufacturing/Engineering/Management) with TOC. He founded Marris Consulting based in Paris France in 2005.
Half their business is outside of France in Europe and the rest of the world. He is bilingual and bi-cultural French/English. He is very active in the TOC community. He has implemented TOC over 350 times in over 30 countries. His clients include: Air France, ArcelorMittal, Ariane Group, Embraer, Emerson, GSK, McDonald's, Louis Vuitton, Procter & Gamble, Rolex, Safran, Siemens, SKF, Société Générale, TDK, Thales and Valeo.

To know more about the Theory of Constraints
Marris Consulting is an industry consulting and training company specialized in the Theory of Constraints (ToC) and Critical Chain Project Management. We focus on improving the performance of manufacturing and process industries by using Constraints Management combined with Lean and Six Sigma. To boost project performance, we also use Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM), which we sometimes combine with Lean Engineering. Our 2-day performance audits, our performance consulting services and our project management, Lean, ToC & CCPM training by our industry consultants offer a wide range of solutions to help our clients around the world reach the highest possible levels of performance.
