Alexandre Saubot is the head of ETI familiale Haulotte Group (1500 employees in the world), manufacturing man-up lifts. Graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (top engineering school in France), he started his career occupying different positions in administration, in ministerial cabinet and in banking. He conducted several national-level assignments. As a company leader and a member of the Medef Labor Relations Board, the President of Medef gave him the responsability in 2014 of negociating about the modernization of the social dialogue.
Philip Marris is a consulting engineer specialized in industrial management and the founder of Marris Consulting. For a long time he has run consulting operations in the industry of the largest group of consulting in this area in France. He conducted more than 90 assignments in the industry (big groups, mid-cap companies, SMEs). He also worked with Eliyahu Goldratt, the founder of the Theory of Constraints. He is one of the founding member of the TOC organization in France. He presents at many conferences every year and has taught industrial management at HEC (top business school in France).
