How to transform a plant using Theory of Constraints

Ludovic Hagneré, Production Manager at Safran Electronics & Defense, will present the implementation of TOC and the results achieved. The factory was used to late deliveries but increased its On-Time delivery to 75%. Theory Of Constraints allowed to diminish the Work-in-Progress by more than 75% and reduced the Lead-Time from 9 months to 2,5 months. The productivity of the bottleneck surged by 45%!

Guillaume Brethenoux, Maintenance Manager, will present the project of layout reorganisation he led in the machining area. He managed this project using the Critical Chain Project Management methodology. So, he will explain how a project initially planned to last 5 weeks was done in 6,5 days.
