- Training of teams and project manager on Critical Chain.
- 3 pilot projects: project replanning, Critical Chain scheduling.
- Identification of the Critical Chain and optimization of schedules.
- Re-internalization of outsourced actions to gain cycle time.
- Portfolio Fever Chart for the 3 pilot projects.
- Reallocation of resources to a struggling project.
- Use of mascots to track the Critical Chain.
- Pareto analysis of the buffer consumption causes.
- Bottleneck identification and capacity increase: the qualification laboratory.
