Context

The company, a firm acting as an insurance expert, provides long-term support to its clients. From creating descriptive inventories of the client company's assets—buildings, equipment, and office furniture—which serve as input data for insurance contracts, to providing support in the event of a claim to best represent their client before insurance company experts.

Each client is considered a unique project.

To cope with strong growth, the challenge is to improve efficiency and reduce leadtimes by industrializing their processes, including the asset valuation.

  • Roll out of Critical Chain Project Management across the entire business portfolio.
  • Implementation of new KPIs.
  • Implementation of weekly routines for monitoring files with prioritization according to the state of the Fever Chart and the Critical Chain

Results

  • Lead Time of estimates reduced by 30% > Going from 226 days of deadlines to 144 days on average.
  • Announcing to clients the use of the Critical Chain and the Fever Chart to monitor their projects enabled the company to sign more contracts.
  • Reduction in stress for all those involved in the projects.
