  • Deployment of Critical Chain Project Management across the entire business portfolio, modeling the whole cycle of a project (studies + production). 
  • Improved S&OP Implementation of new KPIs in the Design Office, methods and manufacturing.
  • Theory of Constraints and Lean approaches applied in Production.
