The Conference

 

The breakfast, dedicated to professionals in MRO or in industrial maintenance, was the occasion to present the process, the methodology and the tools implemented within the aircraft manufacturer Embraer in Bourget, France.

Participants have discovered the dynamic scheduling and planning thanks to Critical Chain Project Management and operational performance improvement using Lean. Embraer presented the implementation of CCPM to reduce the downtime of business jets.

 

This conference was the opportunity to share thoughts on a concrete example with impressive results.
